  • Utilities

    Tenants are required to pay for the gas and electricity utilities for the duration of their lease. These must be put in the tenants name prior to their move-in date.

  • Deposits

    Security deposits are one month's rent and are generally returned within 30 days after move-out.

  • Security

    All of our units now include built-in security system.

  • Location

    All units are within walking distance from campus. Throw away that $90 parking pass!

About Us

We have been providing quality housing at an affordable price in the UT Main Campus and UTMC areas since 2000. Our property portfolio ranges from townhouses to duplexes to single family homes. All of our homes have been recently updated with paint and appliances and feature amenities such as alarm systems, 24/7 on-call maintenance, weekly lawn care, and garages and off-street parking.
